7NATION is drummer/producer Aditya Ashok’s latest venture as a record producer. A seasoned drummer in the Indian independent music landscape, Aditya might be more recognised by his electronic music avatar OX7GEN, but his skillset goes beyond just playing the drums & creating futuristic electronic music.

 

Having established himself as a leading figure in the world of Drum & Bass in India with releases on two of the most respected DNB labels in the world - Hospital & RAM records, Aditya was looking to expand on his passion for producing records beyond the confines of singular genres. With over 16 years of experience in writing & recording with some of the most prolific acts to come out of India including - Skyharbor, Shaa’ir + Func, Rosemary & The Colour Compound, 7NATION offers a sonic palette that spans across genres including R&B, pop, hip hop, rock, indie, acoustic and every style of electronic dance music.

 

Over the last year, Aditya has worked with artists such as Nikhil D’Souza (pop), Sneha Khanwalkar (hindi/experimental), Vaibhav Malhotra (pop/singer-songwriter), Zokhuma (electronic/breaks), Anushka Menon (electronic/alt) & Zohran Miranda (indie/electro/pop).
